Having played a variety of sports from a young age, Judo and football to name a few, I noticed I was having problems with my lower back, after having chiropractic treatment since the age of 12, I chose a path where I could fulfil my dream of wanting to help people with similar issues.
I spent a few years training to be a chiropractor, and gained a large amount of knowledge. However, training to be a chiropractor wasn’t the right path for me, so I took a few years to reevaluate what I wanted to do and retrained as a sports massage therapist.
Now I am a fully mobile sports massage therapist, working to within my client’s tolerances, ensuring they are comfortable and get the maximum benefit from their treatment as well as enjoying the experience.
I have a motto: “Not Just for Athletes”
Sports massage isn’t solely for those who compete in sporting activities!
Its a great way to keep the body well maintained, relieve those aches and pains, help in improving and maintaining good posture and can be useful when being used along side other therapies such as chiropractic or osteopathy.
Whatever your profession or sport, you could benefit from a sports massage.
Being mobile, you can have access to treatments in the comfort of your own home.
