I will bring all the equipment, such as a very comfy massage couch and relaxing music which will help you drift away in no time. I care about your comfort throughout the treatment as well.
Daily stresses can put a strain not only on your mind but also on your body. Massage relieves tense muscles but can also lower stress hormone levels thus promoting relaxation. After completing my training as a massage therapist 11 years ago I worked in a 5-star (ESPA) Spa in London. I aim to give each client an equivalent 5- star treatment and care without having to leave their home. I ensure each treatment is tailored to areas of discomfort. You can also request a combination of treatments, such as back and head massage or face and back massage. Each session starts with a consultation and ends with an aftercare advice.
